By using USA Dog Grooming, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Creating an account, claiming a listing, or adding a business is an explicit agreement to both. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the bottom shows the latest revision, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

USA Dog Grooming is a directory of dog grooming and related pet-care businesses in the United States. Listing details are compiled from publicly available sources and from business owners themselves. We work to keep them accurate, but hours change, businesses move, and prices vary, so confirm anything important with the business directly before you visit. A listing is not an endorsement, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and a business.

Listing information on USA Dog Grooming comes from publicly available business information and from business owners, and may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. Hours, prices, services, phone numbers, and addresses change often, and a business may be listed, moved, or closed without our knowledge.

You use this information at your own risk and should confirm anything important directly with the business before relying on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, USA Dog Grooming makes no warranty that any listing is accurate, current, or complete, and is not responsible or liable for any error, omission, or outcome arising from a listing, whether the detail came from a public source or was submitted by a business owner. A listing is not a recommendation or an endorsement.

If something is wrong, tell us through the contact page and we will correct or remove it. If you own or represent the business, you can claim the listing and edit it yourself.

You need an account to claim or add a business. You must be at least 18 years old to create one, provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and take responsibility for everything that happens under your account. Sessions end automatically after 24 hours without a visit. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or submit spam.

You may claim a listing only for a business you own or are authorized to represent. Claims are verified either by a one-time code sent to an email address on the business's own web domain, or by a document you email us that shows your connection to the business, such as a utility bill for its address or a business license. We do not verify claims by phone.

Send only what the claim page asks for, with account numbers and other sensitive details blacked out, and never send government identification, Social Security numbers, or payment details. You are responsible for what you choose to send; anything we did not ask for is deleted without review. Documents are used only to decide the claim and are never stored on the site, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We decide claims at our sole discretion, may decline a claim without giving a reason, and may transfer a listing to a different verified representative if ownership is disputed. Claiming under false pretenses is a violation of these terms and will result in the claim being reversed and the account removed.

Managing a listing is a privilege we extend, not a right you acquire. We may remove your access to any listing at any time, with or without notice or explanation, if we suspect misrepresentation, misuse of the site, abuse directed at other users or businesses, any violation of these terms, or if a competing claim is verified. When access is removed, the listing may stay published with its existing details, return to an unclaimed state, or be removed entirely, at our discretion. Removal of access does not entitle you to any compensation.

When you edit a listing or add a business, you confirm that what you submit is accurate, not misleading, and that you have the right to share it, including any photos. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, resize, crop, re-encode, and distribute that content on the site and in promotion of the site for as long as the listing exists. You keep ownership of your content and can edit or remove it from your dashboard at any time.

New listings are reviewed before they go live. We may approve, reject, edit for clarity, unpublish, or remove any listing at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without explanation, including listings that were live. A listing is free and does not create any partnership, endorsement, or obligation. We make no guarantees about traffic, placement, ranking, or how long a listing stays live.

Photos originally sourced from public listings remain on a claimed listing until the owner removes them. Owners may remove any photo from their dashboard.

By creating an account you agree to receive transactional email about it: account confirmation, password resets, claim verification codes, and updates about your claims and listings. We do not send marketing email.

Do not use the site to submit false businesses, impersonate others, post content that infringes someone else's rights, or add anything illegal. Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at abusive rates, or gain unauthorized access to the site or other people's accounts. Do not use business contact details shown on the site for unsolicited bulk marketing.

USA Dog Grooming, including its name, logo, design, text, and software, is owned by USA Dog Grooming and protected by copyright. You may use the site for personal or business purposes, but you may not copy, republish, sell, or redistribute the site's content or database, or use our name or logo, without permission. Business names, logos, and photos belong to their respective owners.

Listings link to business websites, booking pages, social profiles, and Google Maps, which we do not control and are not responsible for. Their terms and privacy practices apply once you leave the site.

USA Dog Grooming is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that listing information is accurate or current. To the maximum extent permitted by law, USA Dog Grooming and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from your use of the site, reliance on a listing, or any dealings with a listed business.
